Robert T. Stevens, Gens White and Taylor, get off plane at X Corps area. They are greeted. MS, White, Stevens, Taylor as they look and chat. They leave in jeeps. The group meets Pres Syngman Rhee. White, Taylor, Stevens, Syngman Rhee walk from hut. The four at reviewing spot at attention. Honor Guard drills. White introduces his staff officers to Rhee. Pan, reviewing stand. Korean Presidential Citation is pinned on White by Rhee. An American Sgt, unidentified, is also awarded a medal by Rhee. MS, Sec Stevens pins first Bronze Oak Leaf Cluster to Distinguished Service Medal on White. -- The Honor Guard passes HQ entrance. Gen Mark Clark and Conzelo, followed by staff, walk out and take their places at review area. Also present is Amb Robert Murphy. Conzelo shakes hands with staff officers. -- Korean Gen leaves with Clark. They review Honor Guard. -- Gen Ryan former CG, KMAG and staff leave the HQ bldg. Ryan's host is unidentified Maj Gen. Add'tl scenes of Gen Paik. He shakes hands with staff officers, enters HQ bldg with Gen Clark.
